If your worst nightmare is taking a photo and having a flash back of powder on your face or under your eyes know that’s a reality and a fact with this stuff. The creasing, the poor application, all that sucks but the worst part is the fact it makes me look like a ghost. As Ellarie says this stuff creates lines I don’t even have! It just ages my eye area so much but that isn’t even the worst offense. The powder just clings to every single line and it drags across my eyes during the application and doesn’t blend out or display the silky texture I know it has. However, even with a ton of prepping so that my eyes were nicely hydrated prior to application I still struggled with this. Keep in mind that I have drier, finely lined eyes so if you don’t have these issues it might be awesome. It’s very pigmented but sadly it blends like sh1t. The powder itself is a silky texture with some powdery kick up. I imagine it’s made by Seed Beauty who also makes Colourpop and Kylie’s line. The compact does have a mirror which Kylie’s packaging lacks in most all her releases. It’s a very fitting dusky nude shade that I associate with Kim’s look. Kim’s pricing leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. You can get 1 oz of Ben Nye Banana Powder for $16.50 or 3 oz for $22.50. The compact is made from a heavy plastic and holds 0.127 oz of powder for $18. This powder arrives in a clear compact which has a nude face plate. Many were raves but Ellarie’s was the one that rang truest for me in the fact she mentioned how the powder gave her fine lines she didn’t even have (she also goes into detail how poor the shade range is). I think I purchased it off QVC and it came with a great blending brush that allowed me to distribute just the right amount of powder under my eyes without going too crazy. One of my first experiences with setting my concealer with powder was with one of Bobbi Brown’s old concealer palettes that had a yellow based powder.

But I quickly learned that a yellow-based powder gently blended under my eyes after concealer could go miles at making my eyes look brighter and more awake. I felt like powder made things so much worst.
